Join other church leaders in your community to establish a Christian ministry training program. By working with other leaders, you have a broader selection from which to choose faculty and more churches from which to draw students. Each faculty member should agree not to entice students from other churches to switch churches. Together you can gather a faculty, recruit students, select a teaching site, and gather books for a library.
